Web Detective Pro Terms and Conditions

Access to Web Detective Pro’s vast investigative and search resources is only available to subscribers to the Web Detective Pro membership subscription (hereinafter the “Subscription”). The following terms and conditions define the Subscription you are entering and form a binding agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between you and Razoreye Media Group, the company that operates the Web Detective Pro product and associated websites. For purposes of this Agreement, "Subscriber" refers to you and "Site" and “Company” refers to Razoreye Media Group. “Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to the Web Detective Pro website, located at the URL http://www.web-detective.com and/or at any associated URL, or to any email or other advertising medium which promotes a Web Detective Pro product or service.

We take great pride in the speed, volume, and efficiency in which we can produce highly qualified consumer leads through our vast network of internal websites as well as our existing client base.

GOVERNING LAW. This Terms of Use Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in San Francisco, California, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Sites (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in above. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in San Francisco, California. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extraterritorial service of process.

In connection with a Razoreye Media corporate re-organization, merger or amalgamation with another entity, or a sale of all or a substantial portion of the assets of Razoreye Media provided that the Personal Information disclosed continues to be used for the purposes permitted by this Privacy Policy by the entity acquiring the information.

From time to time Company may also choose to offer a special Privacy Chest subscription bonus on the Web Detective order page(s) for qualified subscribers. These are limited time offerings and may or may not be available to all Subscribers. The Privacy Chest Special Bonus, if selected, is also a recurring membership format. Clients are given a full month free trial and can cancel at any time within the given trial period, otherwise a monthly fee of $38.83 will be incurred for each membership month thereafter. Subscriber can easily cancel a Privacy Chest membership by calling 1-888-432-4378 (1-88-TheChest) between the regular business hours of 8am EST and 7pm EST, Monday through Friday. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS. If you sign up for any Company newsletter, or if you register to receive any Company product or service, you hereby consent to receive periodic email materials, SMS text-messages, or postal mailings from Company or Company's preferred third-party partners regarding customer service issues, new product offers and other matters. It is the intent of the Company to share your personal information with select third-party partners who provide targeted product and service offerings that may be of benefit to you. By using this site, you agree that you may be contacted in any manner contemplated in this section even if your number is found on a do not call registry, in-house list or similar registry. Please know that you can opt-out of any correspondence with our company or any of our trusted third-party partners at any time in the future.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY. No refunds except as stated on individual product sites. After any advertised guarantee period, all purchases are final. Upon obtaining a refund to a purchase, you warrant that you will destroy or delete any digital copies of the products purchases and that you will make no use of such products in any way after the refund.

If you are required to open an account to use or access any one of the company Sites or Service, you may be asked to complete the registration process by providing the complete and accurate information requested on the registration form. You may also be asked to provide a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use the account, username, or password of someone else at any time. You agree to notify Company immediately on any unauthorized use of your account, user name, or password. Company shall not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to someone else's use of your account or password.

Subscriber further agrees the Company’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by Subscriber for monthly Subscription fees, regardless of extenuating circumstances. Subscriber agrees that Company cannot guarantee that ALL records are accurate or available in our databases and should not to be used for employment decisions, unlawful acts, stocking, harassing or embarrassing others. If Subscriber has any concern regarding the products or services or other fees charged, Subscriber must elect not to order from this Site. By ordering from this Site Subscriber certifies that it has been notified of this limitation of liability and agrees with it.
